Jayde is an 11 years social media intern from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Jayde started dancing when she was 2 years old and was dancing competitively by age 5. She trains in ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary and hip hop at her home studio, Defrances Academy of Dance. Her recent awards include:

Jayde has been fortunate to take classes from some of the best dance instructors and choreographers in the industry, including Tokyo, Rosero McCoy, Dave Scott, Lane Napper, David Moore, Nancy O’Meara, Chris Judd, Laurieann Gibson, Abby Lee Miller, Alisha Captain, DJ Guthrie, Will Thomas, Ayodele Casel, Dejan Tubic, Javier Madrid, Ade Obayomi  and Krista Miller to name a few. She was truly inspired when she was able to meet her dance idol Misty Copeland this year and truly believes that ballet is the foundation for all other genres of dance. In addition to her dance training, Jayde is a dedicated, straight A student as well as a model.
